In order to succeed, project-based companies must strategically evaluate their project portfolio and the current management processes used, in order to compete within today's business environment. As a current Project Manager, I use effective tools to manage several projects and the teams involved throughout the entire project life cycle - start to finish. I work internally with a team of designers and several external teams within the renovation industry to help bring their project visions to life by managing timelines, budgets and client satisfaction. By managing these crucial elements to several projects, I allow my creative colleagues to spend more time focusing on design elements, further creating a productive workplace. I will help to alleviate the stress of budgeting, scheduling, and communication amongst several teams, by creating organized business processes unique to your company and portfolio of projects!
