My practice involves various aspects of intellectual property law including litigation and licensing. I have experience litigating cases involving patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and other business related torts. I have also represented clients in opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in actions to recover domain names under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) administrative panel.
