Lexi began her career at Garena in 2017, and over the past seven years, she has gained deep expertise in the gaming, tech, and media industries, focusing on mobile app development, operations, and go-to-market strategy. She most recently led the Game Operations Team, managing a global team of over 100 and overseeing the Profit & Loss for a game with millions of daily active users. As a Global Producer at Garena, Lexi now drives new game strategy and development, manages operations for global publishing across multiple projects, and leads company-wide operational initiatives. Outside of work, Lexi is both a Boxer and a Gamer—two passions that taught her resilience and pushing limits, qualities she brought to Garena while helping shape Free Fire, the world’s most downloaded mobile game.
