• Open requisitions when needs are identified.• Extend offer letters to selected candidates.• Initiate background checks and drug screens for new hires.• Host Facilities Orientation on a rotational basis.• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Performance Units.• Primary liaison between employees and Shared Services Team to answer questions about policies, processes, and other general HR questions. • Primary point of contact for leaders on data integrity and management in PeopleSoft.• Support special projects.

• Design and implement Intern Program to attract and convert highly sought-after technical candidates into full-time employees. • Responsible for full cycle recruiting of all interns supporting the Cyber & Intelligence Business Unit including sourcing, prescreening, submitting qualified candidates to hiring managers, extending offers, converting interns into full time hires, and submitting for security clearances.• Act as an advocate for interns and coordinate social events.• Attend career fairs as a Jacobs representative to prescreen students and add top-tier talent to the intern pipeline.• Responsible for all event planning and execution.• Responsible for all updated reports and communication sent regarding the internship program to interns, hiring managers, and upper leadership.• Responsible for ensuring EEO compliance.
