• Collaboration with engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including installation and operating instructions, data booklets, safety instructions, and service instructions.• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.• Regular use of a content management system to manage the lifecycle of technical documentation.• Edit other writers' content and documentation for consistency and continuously update content with current information.• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.• Oversee translation processes of technical documents.

- Working with technology teams and account teams to validate and score cyber risk issues- Developing remediation plans that can be understood by both technical and non-technical resources- Managing/tracking remediation projects to completion- Conducting meetings and sessions with teams to discuss status, remediation plan, and reporting- Evaluating and reporting to all levels of management on the Cyber IT Risk project- Ensuring the Cyber IT project requirements are being delivered and fulfilled on time

- Managing and advising on risk assessment activities- Identifying and documenting new threats and risks- Maintaining and oversee effective working relationships, either directly or in partnership with Service Management, for all IBM teams providing risk management support on the account- Taking ownership and advising on all ongoing risk activities such as obtaining necessary approvals- Participating in audit activities and creating non-compliant issue reports- Training and mentoring junior IT specialists
