As an animal scientist at Meredith Dairy, I conduct research and development projects to improve the health, welfare, and productivity of the dairy goats and sheep. I apply my expertise to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance animal well-being and performance. I am also pursuing a MSc at La Trobe University, where I specialise in Merino sheep behaviour and Agritech. My thesis project involves using sensors and machine learning to monitor and analyse the social and spatial patterns of Merino sheep in extensive farming environments. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of animal science and technology, and to foster sustainable and ethical animal production practices.
