I am assigned to one of the biggest projects in our company, Microsoft Cloud. Our team handled the environmental product compliance of Microsoft Cloud Branded Products. We also collaborated with the suppliers in our project to achieve REACH and ROHS Compliant products. We also generate and submit SCIP Reports in ECHA for Substances with Very High Concern in our products to achieve product compliance towards EU countries. One of my many tasks was to lead the presentation on our Monthly Sync with one of our suppliers and ensure smooth cooperation and high completion rates with our environmental product compliance.

The division is primarily responsible for the effective implementation of Republic Act 8749 (The Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999), Republic Act 9275 (The Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004), Republic Act 9003 (The Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000) and Republic Act 6969 (Toxic Substances and Nuclear and Hazardous Waste Control Act of 1990) in EMB-Region 4B area of jurisdiction.
