• Manage technician and intern schedules according to employee availability, pharmacy demand and allotted hours, including coordination with other district locations to meet both company and employee expectations• Assist with COVID-19 vaccination clinics onsite and offsite at LTC clinics, both as a data entry technician as well as an immunizer, starting Dec 2020• Process third-party billing claims and assist with prior authorization completion• Work directly with patients to obtain medication histories and offer counseling on medications• Use technology (RxConnect) to maintain accurate patient records, medication inventory, and supply orders

• Complete comprehensive medication reviews targeting a variety of chronic conditions• Provide drug and behavioral counseling via a structured interview format as requested by health insurance plans • Contact patient prescribers to authorize therapeutic interchanges, review potential duplicate therapies, and consult with the prescriber to convey any therapeutic change authorizations or any other recommendations for therapy modifications to the patient’s dispensing pharmacy• Document all services provided and recommendations made including declination of medication therapy management service by patients• Maintain performance standards including call volume and quality
