Summary: Responsible for processing all RFQ’s, constructing quote files, issuing material RFQ’s, preparing material quote spreadsheets and working closely with Project Team members. Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepare and process all RFQ’s from customers, outside sales, and website.• Responsible for sending out bill of material to vendors. • Maintain and compile material pricing data.• Assign quotes to estimators. • Create RFQ material requirement spreadsheets.• Responsible for submitting the quote to the customer, comparing the customer’s PO to the PEI quote and sending the order acknowledgement to the customer.• Maintain quote log and Pipedrive.• Responsible for daily follow up of requisitions to ensure quotes are ready on time for submission to estimators. • Instrumental & Electrical purchasing/receiving.• Maintains expedite report • Created customer profiles, input labor sheets/data/pricing to create official quote in Jobboss system• Cross checked engineer drawings with purchase inquire reports & bill of material Additional Duties & Responsibilities:• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers• Prepare contract agreement documents• Other duties as assigned
