Manage the new hire orientation from creating the job identification number, posting the new job, helping select candidates, and making sure each new hire has gone through their new hire training and submitted all the necessary paperwork. Work with team to complete AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212, and Payscale reports. Take charge of the HRIS system, adding in new employees while terming old ones and guaranteeing employee information is active.

Run and process background checks, verifications of employment, and employee I-9s. Post current positions to state and company websites guaranteeing compliance.

Seasonal Intern (summer and winter breaks up until January of 2018) who worked with a partner to write and update job analyses and descriptions by communicating with production workers, supervisors and managers to get accurate information. Helped the company recruit new employees while using Career Builder, called individuals and held phone interviews. Updated the companies LinkedIn pages to modernize the information and made each page a little more friendly.
