Business Development: - Build and negotiate partner and sponsor contracts- Manage the activation and contract fulfillment of the Partner Program. - Day-to-day management and activation of all affinity, sponsorships and advertising contracts. - Identify new assets and sponsorship opportunities.- Work with Communications team to plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for partners and sponsors. - Create, review and publish content via The Association’s email marketing platform for partners.- Manage the Partner Program landing page- Work with other departments to create activation opportunities for current and potential partners and sponsors.- Consult with management on annual and quarterly revenue goals, pricing decisions and multimedia packaging; and coordinate updates.Advertising: - Seek out potential clients and design proposals to fit their needs. - Coordinate design and place paid, in-house and affinity partner advertisements; expedite the execution of advertising contracts; and manage all advertising inventory. - Invoice and collect balances due, including delinquent accounts; and maintaining records of ad sales and accounts receivable. Videography:- Assist in identifying opportunities to film (events, impact stories, etc.)- Schedule interviews with external and internal personnel- Oversee and manage Video Student Assistant- Provide edits and feedback on projects Photography:- Schedule photographers for various events - Schedule and manage 8-10 photographer for annual Gala- Organize and cull through photos once received- Create and manage online photo galleries
