This position offers administrative support to the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Public Safety offices. Acts as communication liaison between public safety offices, city employees, city officials, potential new hires, and the public as necessary. Assists in the development and establishment of procedure for the office. Executes data entry tasks related to the deposits, procurement, invoices, reimbursement, and the hiring process. Prepares and maintains confidential information regarding Public Safety, such as disciplinary action reports, grievances, preparation plans, reports, strategies, etc. Seamlessly executes any tasks through all-level personal duties as needed.
