• Supervision of all financial and accounting processes at group level, including treasury, financial reporting, group planning and controlling sub-processes;• Capital investments appraisal, preparation and evaluation of business plans and forecasts. Monitoring and controlling of group planning and budgeting processes, design and authorization of procedures, review of draft plans and budgets;• Maintaining relationships with financial institutions and intermediaries with regard to capital restructurings, financing of existing activities and new projects, treasury operations, etc. Planning and organizing the transactions related to raising funds and intragroup treasury operations;• Authorization of group accounting policies and group procedures for periodic reporting to the parent company. Monitoring and control of the annual closing and reporting process within the group;• Liaising with group auditors, negotiating terms of audit engagements, planning, communicating major issues.

Administration and participation in internal audit and agreed-upon procedures projects. Managing the work of the audit team, performing audit procedures, documenting the audit findings, analysis of the results of the audit work and drafting audit reports to the management of the audited entities and to the Board of Directors of the parent company.

Acting as an in-charge of several audit projects, planning and supervision of the work of the audit team, engagement communication to clients’ management, analysis of critical audit issues, preparing financial statements under different reporting frameworks.

Administration of particular audit projects, incl. planning and analysis of audit work; participation in non-audit projects - financial due diligence, review of internal controls system, consulting IFRS transition.

Performing audit procedures in the assigned areas of responsibility, assisting the in-charge of the audit team in planning of audit work and analysis of clients’ business issues, assisting in preparation of financial statements under NAS and IFRS (former IAS).
