I got into training by the back door. I was working as a PC technician, and overheard some of the managers complaining about one of the trainers yelling and being rude to a number of majors and captains that were taking MS Office training. I opened my mouth and said, “Why don’t you fire her and hire me”. Imagine my surprise when they did that exact thing.Working with the Air Force, Government Services and AF contractors, helping them learn and utilize MS Office; opened my eyes to how much I enjoyed working with people to make their jobs easier and how to utilize technology.
