Alexis Weber is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State with a background in auditing, transaction advisory services, and leadership development. Lexi recently joined the AICPA & CIMA as a Senior Manager - Emerging Professionals, after almost 10 years at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, LLP where she most recently served as an Audit Manager and Chair of the firm's Leadership Academy. In her experience as the Chair of the Leadership Academy, Lexi provided group sessions and individual coaching sessions on leadership and professional development, with a focus of incorporating servant leadership mindset in each of her classes. Lexi graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo with both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting. She was recently appointed to the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Management, Department of Accounting and Law, Accounting Advisory Council in 2024. Lexi was honored as an Emerging Leader in 2023 for the New York State Society of CPA's and was a graduate of the AICPA's 2023 Leadership Academy. Lexi is passionate about the professional development of CPA's as well as further developing and evolving the profession. Lexi currently serves on the New York State Society of CPA's Education Committee and Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession Program for the Buffalo Chapter. She most recently won the 2024 Visionaries of the Year Campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Western New York raising $113,866 in the hopes of finding a cure for blood cancer. She also serves as a Leadership Committee member for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western New York Visionaries of the Year Campaign and is a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Western New York.
