UX / UI Concepts and theories is something that currently has my full attention. I love developing products from the beginning to end, it is motivating to see an idea grow into its tangible form.From creating something completely new or identifying a problem, as well as the area of ​​opportunity for growth in an already established product or service; designing from beginningto end is part of my day-to-day work. My objective and approach is to create a user experience that is satisfactory even before knowing the brand, during the first contact, at the moment of acquiring the product or service; as well as the return of the user to the platform. Thus achieving that in ever stages the user experience is satisfactory.I consider my years of experience in marketing a strong point, whichs contributes and motivates the creation of concepts that are also functional and inclusive, salable and that promote the product or service that is being worked on.My methodology consists of an investigation to know and identify what problems may exist in the platform or product that we are improving, as well as to knowing what opportunities the products or services that are about to go out to the market have.Working on a Customer Journey Map, as a first step, is something that always helps me to have a broad analysis of the stages that customers go through in their user experience, and to identify both problems and virtues found in products or services. Reinforcing and better understanding this process, through: User Research, interviews and an analysis of competitors, will show us where we are and where we want to go.Sometimes I have to try or include myself in methodologies that the company or the client expects to be carried out; However, I believe that the expectations of both the client and the users must always be met, in order to have a satisfactory experience.Design Thinking + Design Sprint
