In July 2014 I joined Seabury Group as a Consulting Analyst. I started with an intensive training, during which I gained knowledge about the aviation (and in particular the air cargo consulting) industry with the associated skills required at Seabury.Since then, I have worked on several projects including: • Performing market dynamics analysis and producing a customer satisfaction survey for the export strategy of a major airline• Assessing air cargo demand and potential clients as part of a due diligence for acquiring a ULD leasing firm• Identifying the value of a cargo strategy and developing a high level strategic framework, including vision, mission, measures of success & business cases for a major hub airport• Restructuring the cargo department of a major airline, including freighter recommendations, (commercial) improvement initiatives and an organizational redesign• Producing a 25-year forecast model on cargo tonnage for a major hub airport, taking into account several strategic options scenarios and external scenarios• Modeling an airline's network and optimizing its freighter fleet and network under several scenarios• Developing a freighter fleet & network optimization tool for cargo• Producing a belly cargo model and template slides to support the business case process of an airport's (passenger) marketing team
