Current- Develop training plans and meeting agendas with Project Team leadership using provided training materials and lessons learned.
- Develops and delivers training modules and workshops to selected audiences.
- Identify and develop recommendations for business process improvement - Moderate analysis.
- Manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a demanding environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes changing priorities.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, etc. and make changes.
- Development and update of materials for delivery in virtual-based training sessions.
