I am a BEL intern at Taylor University, where I help orchestrate event planning initiatives for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship program. I am also the founder and CEO of JL Innovators, LLC, a company I started when I was 16. I sell my product, CordPuck, a cord storage device, to consumers on my website and then brand it for businesses to use as a promotional device. I graduated from Bremen Senior High School in 2022, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Sport Management at Taylor University with a minor in Entrepreneurship. My core competencies include event coordination, time management, and leadership.In my current roles, I apply my skills and knowledge to create impactful experiences both on and off campus. For example, I play a key role in coordinating various aspects of our events, such as the recent 10th edition of Taylor’s Shark Tank pitch competition, where I coordinated the marketing and logistical planning. Currently, I am leading the development of a sport management competition. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with diverse and talented people, and to contribute to the growth and success of our team and university. I believe that I can bring a fresh and creative perspective to any challenge, and that I can adapt and thrive in any environment.
