Internal responsibilities:- HR: Recruiting, training and managing over 40 employees.Cutting staffs from 55 to 40 after 3 months.- Finance: Cut 26,39% cost after 5 months to help companyovercome the part of pandemic and open one new branchin April.- Sales: Building a sales team with 8 people includingtelesales, consultant sales and 1 sales leader- Marketing: Build successfully communication brief, keymessages, key visual, brand identity for fanpages and web.Increase brand awareness to Gen Z and Gen X.- Operation: Build new operation procedure and rules forcompany, the first time recruiting branch manager andsupervisor for all branches.External responsibilities:- Working with partners like Base, I-dental, Betrix tooptimize and digitalize company
