As a call center representative at the University of North Texas, I provide excellent customer service and support to students, faculty, and staff. I handle incoming and outgoing calls, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and update records. I worked in this role for over four years, and I enjoy helping people and solving problems. I also have two years of experience as a bartender at Dallas Comedy House, where I learned how to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and create a positive atmosphere.In addition to my work experience, I have a passion for user experience (UX) design, and I have completed six Coursera certificates in this field. I have learned how to apply empathy mapping, design sprints, design systems, and other UX methods and tools to create user-friendly and engaging products and services. I have also built wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for various projects, and I am eager to learn more and improve my skills. My goal is to pursue a career in UX design, where I can use my creativity, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to make a difference in people's lives.
