 Managed the acquisition and deployment of 220+ iPad’s, 120+ Chromebooks and 90+ PC’s, plus additional hardware, software, and services, as needed, in a variety of single, mixed and multi-user environments. Managed BYOD policies and troubleshooting technical problems, for over 500+ people, including, staff, parents and students. Ensured network security and reliability via Palo Alto Firewall. Active Directory Administration, including; configuring group policies, software and hardware deployment. Authored, documented and maintained extensive Q&A troubleshooting, technical standard operating procedures.  Implemented and maintained emerging technology, such as, 3D printers, Google Glass, Smart Board and class projection systems technology.
