My core technical skills are in project facilitation and management, contract management, business development, and assessment of technology-based capabilities. As owner and Managing Director of this mobile automotive paint restoration company which I grew to become a $2.5M turnover market leader, I developed staff recruitment and training methodologies and established and monitored performance standards; established the financial management and reporting system; developed the specification and requirements for the installation of a real-time geospatial monitoring and reporting system for multiple mobile users in South Australia; and worked with software developers to integrate this system with business financial management (MYOB). Implementation included major hardware installation, including environmental condition management and remote access capabilities, and integration with client systems.
