Overseeing day-to-day production and staffing for MonsterConnect. My duties include new hire onboarding and agent training, client onboarding, technical support, and all agent operations.

MonsterConnect provides what is basically a batting cage for sales reps/executives. Your sales rep logs into our online software portal, we have a team of agents that reach out to your prospect list – and we weed through the voicemails, admins, and phone trees. Once a connection is made, the prospect info pops onto your sales reps screen and they go immediately into their pitch. We never talk to the prospect directly, as soon as they pick up and identify themselves the call is transferred to you. We make on average 235 calls an hour, and our clients are seeing somewhere between to 10 to 16 conversations per hour. Outside of just being able to speak with 10 to 15 decision makers an hour, we can also leave pre-recorded voicemails on the machines of your prospects. Our service is enabling sales executives to get done in an hour what typically takes a day or even a week.
