Alexa is a fourth-year BFA Graphic Design student at the University of Florida passionate about effective storytelling and creating impactful visual communication. She is also minoring in Mass Communications to broaden her knowledge and understanding of marketing and media.She has developed her graphic design and marketing skills through multiple roles at UF and beyond. As Publications Pi Chi (Vice President) for UF Panhellenic’s Recruitment Executive Board, she is responsible for all marketing and merchandise required throughout the process of recruiting 1600 new members to the council. As a Marketing Partnerships and Media Intern at the National Basketball League, Alexa supported the Partnership Development team in conceptualizing and visualizing custom partnership solutions by understanding the partner’s brand DNA. She has also leaned into event management while working as a Graphic Design and Events Assistant at UF Warrington College of Business as well as through working live partner events for the NBA such as the NBA Draft.Throughout these experiences, Alexa has developed competencies in graphic design software, branding, event management, and storytelling. She has also collaborated with diverse stakeholders such as students, faculty, external partners, and contributed to the success and growth of the organizations she is a part of.
