Social Services Field Manager
Current-Manage a team of 6 navigators that include 3 mobile and 3 field. Our navigators assist communities with application assistance to HHSC benefits and provide education on how to be self sufficient-Ensure client success by providing education on verifications needed, HHSC policy and follow up assistance-Resolve issues with client application process by escalating problems to Feeding Texas and ensuring timely communication with client on resolution-Lead the development and implementation of the new SNAP mobile project at NTFB including design, set up, community outreach, process creation, team acquisition and daily operation procedures -Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies-Cross collaborate with other teams to develop new strategies to increase efficiency and achievement of shared goals-Maintain an expert level of understanding of HHSC policy, Feeding Texas contract requirements and NTFB policies
