• Documents and monitors the development of policies, system programs and standards related to HIV and AIDS program by developing HIV and AIDS communication plan for AIDS medium term plan for the Philippines. • Ensures effective and timely implementation of cluster’s strategic plans by complete product range inclusion and significantly enhancing brand awareness among healthcare professionals and the general population• Conducts several HIV 101 orientation in various institutions and coordinates with various council members on any related activities

• Effectively monitors and analyses data by developing a database using EPI info and M&E framework system • Conducted planning, advocacy, training and validation workshops including the supervision of M&E Project Officers in various region• Evaluates the team and conducts regular field monitoring assessment to ensure projects are being implemented on time

• Managed the Monitoring and Evaluation Department using technical skills in epidemiology and disease surveillance. Was recognized by World Health Organization and other international partners on the excellent output of reports on TB monitoring and evaluation.
