During my internship at ESİM Test Services A.Ş., I gained hands-on experience in various testing processes, including:Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testingRadiated and Conducted Emission testsSusceptibility and immunity tests for electronic devicesCompliance assessments based on international standardsI had the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to the testing and certification processes for industries such as automotive, defense, and consumer electronics. My tasks included setting up test equipment, running tests, analyzing data, and reporting results to ensure products met the required specifications.This internship allowed me to enhance my technical skills and gain a deeper understanding of the standards and protocols essential for ensuring product safety and performance in the global market.

As a Project Based Intern at Shell, I contributed to the development of a project called "Twincycle," which focuses on the circular economy model. My role involved supporting the project team with research, data analysis, and project development tasks. This experience provided me with hands-on experience in implementing sustainable practices and enhanced my skills in project management, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving.

As a Womentum Trainee at Enerjisa Üretim, I was involved in various projects related to the energy sector. My role included supporting team activities, assisting with project research, and gaining hands-on experience in energy production and management. This position allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of industry operations and contributed to my skills in project management and team collaboration.

I participated in educational sessions at TEI-TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş., where I learned about the fundamentals of aerospace engine technology. As a Coordination Team Member at IEEE Comsoc Turkey Chapter, I played a key role in organizing and managing events and activities for the chapter. I assisted with coordinating meetings, workshops, and conferences, and supported communication between members and external stakeholders. My responsibilities included logistical planning, coordinating with speakers and participants, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This role enhanced my organizational and teamwork skills while contributing to the chapter’s success and member engagement.

During my summer internship at TRAnten Elektronik A.Ş., I focused on RF design and antenna technologies. I assisted with the design, development, and testing of RF components and antennas, collaborating closely with engineers to support ongoing projects. My responsibilities included data analysis, performance testing, and refining design specifications. This role enhanced my understanding of RF systems and antenna design while contributing to my technical expertise in the field.

As a Pathfinder at Anadolu Liderlik Akademisi, I guided and mentored participants in leadership programs. I facilitated workshops, offered coaching, and helped individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. This role involved developing strategies to enhance leadership skills and evaluating program effectiveness.

As a member of the Electrical and Electronics Unit at OceanKar, I played a key role in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and components. My responsibilities included developing and implementing algorithms for control and navigation systems, ensuring their effectiveness and integration within our projects. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and contributed to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. My role required a strong understanding of electrical circuits, signal processing, and system integration, enabling me to significantly impact the success of our engineering projects.

As Chairwoman of the IEEE KBU Communication Society, I coordinated the society's activities and organized various programs aimed at enhancing members' technical knowledge and skills. I facilitated collaboration among members, kept up with industry developments, and supported innovative projects by organizing seminars, workshops, and social events. Additionally, I set strategic goals for the society and developed and implemented effective strategies to achieve them. This role strengthened my leadership and organizational skills while contributing to IEEE's vision and mission.
