Stüdio Emmaüs is an upcycling design studio mainly using wood and fabric that have already been used in a “first life”. Among them, the 3 founders companies (Emmaüs Défi, Emmaüs Alternatives and Atelier Emmaüs) have shown the need to better manage their growth and work on their impact measurement, business models and marketing. - I helped them shift to the next level, by defining a new B2B offer that would reflect their common values and highlight the differentiating assets of the studio. - I also laid down a marketing roadmap (targets, communication canals, contents) that I have started to put in practice and passed on to the operational staff- On a broader scope, I helped the governance of the studio evolve in order to overcome certain administrative obstacles and organized mentoring sessions for other companies of the collective.
