As a Recruiter at Indigo Park Canada my role is to provide the best hiring experience for candidates as well as hiring individuals best fit for our roles. Throughout this role its required to have experience within Human Resources and to be well versed in the screening, interviewing and onboarding process. As a recruiter it also requires engaging with those looking for work through initiatives such as job fairs, events and connecting through other job hiring sources.
