Managing the transportation of guests which included making transportation schedules/itineraries, allocating of drivers, management of petty cash for gas, and accompanying guests to and from destinations.2. Handling accommodation of and hospitality for guest speakers during the entirety of the event and on special tours around the city which included accompanying them to destinations in their itinerary.3.
