• Prepare design plans, technical specifications, bidding documents, calculations, reports, and/or cost estimates for various projects including: stormwater conveyance/treatment/retrofit/nutrient control, site design, culvert assessment/replacement, stormwater master planning/asset management planning, parks/trails, landfill expansion/intermediate cover/closure, levee assessment, solar array, and stormwater utility fee implementation projects• Prepare permitting applications and present at regulatory approval meetings for projects requiring: EPA CGP, USACE PCN, MEPA ENF/EIR, MassDEP NOI/RDA/401 WQC, local wetlands/planning board/zoning/DPW permits, and more• Conduct construction administration services including: site inspections, erosion and sediment control inspections, construction meeting facilitation, shop drawing/RFI review, payment application/change order review, and punch list preparation • Assist several municipalities and non-traditional permittees with their MS4 General Permit stormwater compliance programs by developing documents such as Stormwater Management Plans/Phosphorus Control Plans/public education and outreach materials/O&M SOPs/etc., preparing annual reports, managing IDDE programs, conducting municipal trainings/regulatory reviews, performing stormwater control measure and SWPPP inspections, and more• Other various responsibilities include proposal development, employee management/hiring, preparing grant funding applications for clients, and developing content for/participating in various company-held meetings

• Conducted environmental and geotechnical field assessments and prepared associated observation logs and technical reports for projects including: water, soil, and air sampling, boring, test pit, and monitoring well installation oversight, transmissivity testing, and ASTM and MCP Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments• Provided civil and environmental construction oversight for projects including: contaminated materials management, air monitoring, pile driving, retaining wall and bulkhead installation, in-situ stabilization, dredging, and more• Prepared design drawings and technical specifications for dredging, dam repair, and excavation shoring projects
