During my 12 years at Scott Paper Company, I advanced from Sales Representative to U.S. Marketing Manager for Skin Care Products. As a Sales Regional Manager, I was responsible for a $50MM P+L in the southeastern U.S., where I led a team of twelve and consistently grew our market share and profitability each year. My region was named U.S. Region of the Year in 1994, with an 18% increase in earnings, and I received multiple Sales Excellence Awards for my contributions. I also led the first Scott Paper sales team to implement a new selling model, revolutionizing our go-to-market strategy.As National Distribution Alliance Manager, I managed relationships with our top customers, negotiated incentive programs, and spearheaded national sales training initiatives, including the successful training of 1,200 new customer service representatives. In my final role as U.S. Marketing Manager for Skin Care Products, I oversaw a $50MM business unit, where I played a key role in launching 15 new products in 1995, leading to a 60% improvement in earnings. My focus on strategic planning, product commercialization, and customer relationship management drove significant business growth and strengthened Scott Paper's market position.
