I was born and raised in Mesa, AZ. I just recently graduated high-school and have been working as a remote customer service representative for the past 2.5 years. I am currently a student at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and I am currently pursuing an associate's in General Business. I plan to transfer to ASU after my 2 years at CGCC. My interest in business has grown over the last 4-5 years as I've started to read and listen about the modern business world and I want to be a part of it. The courses I am taking have continued to grow my interest in business. I have a decent amount of experience already in the business world with things such as:- Sales lead calling- Excel and Sheets - Connecting with customers- Professional email communicationI plan to get my bachelor's degree at ASU and then enter the workforce with my experience, knowledge and work ethic.

  My current and only job is a remote customer service representative, which I have been doing for the past 1.5 years. I speak with hundreds of customers each week and handle their problems, needs and concerns. I handle supervisor calls, sales calls and resale calls. I problem solve and make sure our customer database is organized and easy to referback to.
