Responsible for setting up new growth initiatives within WEX working cross functionally with all areas of the company including our Fleet and Corporate Payment teams to drive additional value and revenue to our customer base. Successfully launched a Cross Sell Campaign that delivered and continues to over preform the sought after metrics. Instrumental in building out a marketing lead generation campaign by collaborating with and strategizing alongside our Marketing organization. In addition, hired and trained Lead Development Reps to execute on the plan where we are seeing increased Lead handoffs to all areas of the business across each segment. Consulting on strategic sales deals and continuing to find areas of opportunity to add revenue where we have little or more can be gained. And many, many other projects as assigned!

Co Founder and President of M3 a nonprofit mental health initiative to Raise Awareness, Eliminate the Stigma, and Connect Resources for youth athletes in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Research shows that kids begin to feel things like anxiety, depression, lack of self-confidence, and doubt as early as eight years old. Moorhead Minds Matter (M3) recognizes that we have to connect with kids sooner by bringing them tools to help them understand what they may be feeling or what their friends may be feeling with age appropriate curriculum. We have to start young. M3 has partnered with Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professions to provide licensed professionals at various events as well as consult with them to produce quality content. M3 will focus on six areas each hockey season including Focus, Motivation, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Imagery, and Confidence. These topics will be valuable in athletic endeavors, but more importantly, they are valuable in the bigger game of life. M3 offers support and hosts events throughout the year that bring focus to mental health. Together we will Raise Awareness, Eliminate the Stigma, and Connect Resources for mental health and there is no better place to start than in youth sports

Worked with the large broker houses (Mercer's, AON's, Willis, and other large regional brokers) to sell the administration of FSA, HSA, HRA, Transit and COBRA accounts to mid to large size employer groups. Built those relationships, maintained pipeline dollar amounts, and sold over $1 million in new revenue a year. Prepared RFP responses, consulted on Marketing Campaign ideas, presented finalist presentations and set up lunch and learn meetings to increase production numbers and blow away sales goals!

Managed bank relationships by opening checking, savings, IRA, safe deposit boxes, and taking loan applications for the retail side of banking. Answered phone calls, discussed financial history with clients and participated in many functions of the bank including but not limited to deposit services, commercial banking, private banking, loan servicing, and real estate.
