My responsibilities include performing Human Resource business functions for over 200 staff and extensive health care sourcing and recruitment for several Illinois counties.Effective use of social media and sourcing techniques to develop effective recruitment strategies in order to fulfill internal growth and talent based needs.Successful on-boarding of 75+ employees due to recent merger/acquisition with area hospital.Reviewed applications to determine qualified internal and external candidates for present openings.Scheduled and conducted phone and in person interviews to determine potential hires.Utilized applicant tracking system to post new jobs, monitor open positions and screen and source new and existing applicants.Worked closely with management and existing staff to determine need and locations for placements and to post new requisitions as needed.Responsible for direct hire and salary negotiations following established compensation program.Maintained active records for licensure, education and certification requirements to meet compliance standards.
