In addition, I am involved in several advocacy and advisory roles for the surgical assistant community, such as the Chairman of the Government and Advocacy Committee at the National Surgical Assistant Association (NSAA) and the Advisory Committee Member for the Surgical First Assistant Program at Mayo Clinic. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights on various topics related to surgical assisting, leadership, and management through publications and blogs.
