As the UX Research Leader at SHIFTA, I coordinate and organize all UX research activities for software development projects. Working closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders, I ensure that design decisions are backed by solid data and a deep understanding of user needs.

Inspired by other communities, I co-founded and currently I co-administrate the UXR-ES community in Slack for UX Researchers who are Spanish-speakers, where foster the generation and sharing of knowledge since November 2022 with more than 500 members.
