Co-manage Data Center Migration Project

Developed and managed wintel infrastructure projects across multi-facility locations for multiple clients. Directed projects providing minimal impact to production using Change Management practices. Led cross-functional teams through development, testing and implementation.Project ExampleProject: Install CA Remote ControlOutcome: CA Remote control installed in 400+ windows server environment with no impact to production or KPI’s.Analyzed data collected from previous testing found key components not standardized and firewall rules were not in place. Worked with the Network and Security teams to implement required firewall rules. After standardizing the Lab environment the application was able to be installed. Standards were approved and documented.Documented the server installation process for Engineers including firewall rule changes and business application testing after the install. Documented the workstation installation process for workstation Technicians including procedure to use the tool.Worked with business unit leaders to create the implementation schedule for minimal impact on production. Used change management processes to schedule the installations and firewall rule changes. During the project I also worked hands on as part of the installation team.
