• Formation and leadership of Finance (Planning, Treasury, Managerial Information, Reporting, Accounting, Investor Relations, Special Projects), Administration (IT & Telecom, Sales Administration, Human Resources, Supply) and Corporate Legal departments;• Creation and management of the Finance Pack – a set of daily reports on company performance, such as Cash Flow, P&L Statements (holding, business units and offices) and KPIs, including analysis of budget vs. actual vs. forecast, ensuring precise, frequent reporting of financial and operational information for decision-making;• Management of strategic and operational routines such as Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Market Intelligence and Benchmarking, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Invoicing, Accounting, Treasury and Foreign Exchange;• Solely responsible for the Investor Relations department, organizing the corporate calendar and periodical meetings, preparing reports and minutes of meetings and managing the developments of corporate acts when necessary;• Responsible for elaborating the Business Plan and the Startup Economic-Financial Model.
