Covering sales and customer support across the entire Bioprocess portfolio. Responsibility for both Upstream and Downstream products for "start-to-finish" biomolecule production. Main products include: Wave/Xcellerx Bioreactors and Mixers; Cell culture media and additives; Filtration devices and systems (Akta Crossflow and Uniflux); Chromatography resins, columns and systems; Single-use technologies.

• Engaged in consultative selling of entire Research Science portfolio by leading discussions and lectures on protein purification theory, applications for chromatography media, hardware and other consumables. • Certified in SPIN Selling, using a tactical process to uncover customer needs. • Improved best practices to increase impact in key accounts resulting in a 3% increase in media sales in Q4 of 2008 (8.3% increase in total media sales for 2008). • Provided pre-sales consultation and post-sales applications support throughout the sales cycle. • Engaged in peer-to-peer training in chromatography and performed all levels of training to customers in use and adaptation of AktaDesign hardware and media to their specific applications.

• Responsible for lab management, ordering, chromatography hardware, dynamic light scattering equipment in addition to training students. • NSF Minority Post-Doctoral Fellowship (2004-2007) awarded for independent research project chosen to develop and expand structural biology skill set while leveraging resources available at institution and in region. • Improved membrane protein expression and purification yield 4-fold with 30% faster protocol (upon optimization).
