I spearheaded online teaching methodologies back in the early 2000s and continued to lead the charge with dynamic and engaging online instruction throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This transformation enhanced security, efficiency, and timeliness of reviews, reducing workload for staff, improving access to materials for committee members, and instilling clarity and confidence in the process for faculty members.Successfully launched the Center for Faculty Excellence, engaging 70% of faculty members in the inaugural year. Introduced impactful programs including a revamped New Faculty Orientation, a Research Accountability Program, a Faculty Book Club, and a Peer Coaching Program. Breaking the Glass Ceiling served as a catalyst for empowering over 1,500 women, championing female excellence, and inspiring individuals to shatter their own barriers. Through spotlighting senior executives, business owners, judges, physicians, academic leaders, political figures, and community leaders, BTGC shared the remarkable journeys of more than 65 exceptional women, shedding light on the very real challenges they encountered on their paths to success. Breaking the Glass Ceiling focused on celebrating women's achievements, fostering empowerment, and promoting inclusivity.In a significant milestone, Breaking the Glass Ceiling was showcased on Lakeshore PBS during Women’s History Month programming, reaching over 3.5 million households in Northwest Indiana, Chicago, and surrounding areas. This exposure provided a platform to amplify the voices and achievements of women, fostering greater recognition and appreciation for their contributions.In 2021, Breaking the Glass Ceiling forged a partnership with the Northwest Indiana Influential Women's Association, leading to the expansion of its programming. Evolving into a series of intimate and candid one-on-one conversations, BTGC provided a forum for authentic dialogue and shared experiences among women leaders.In response to evolving needs and circumstances, BTGC transitioned its programming to a virtual format for the first time in 2021. Managed a multi-million dollar yearly budget and generated $3,500,000 in net profit which financed strategic initiatives for the College. The program earned recognition from Fortune Magazine as a “best value” for Executive MBA programs. Recruited and taught more than 500 executive level students over 15 years providing them with cutting edge and constantly evolving curricula including an emphasis on leadership, business analytics, and international business. Pushed the technology envelope by transitioning from physical books to all digital delivery of instructional materials. Provided students with assessments and coaching for professional development.Developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns which resulted in significant brand awareness growth for the program, college, and university through effective use of Chicago-area media including CTA transit advertising and radio campaigns on WBBM and NPR, direct mail, and Google AdWords campaigns.

As the leader of the largest and most diverse department in the School of Management I spearheaded transformative initiatives and achieved remarkable outcomes.Recruiting top-tier faculty members and providing them with mentorship and guidance through the tenure and promotion processes was instrumental in fostering academic excellence within the department. As a result, we experienced substantial growth, with enrollment increasing by over 22% and credit hour generation by more than 32%.To ensure our programs remained relevant and competitive, I led efforts to revise and update multiple programs, introducing innovative offerings such as a major in equine management and minors in both equine management and non-profit management. These additions enriched our curriculum and provided students with diverse educational pathways.In line with our commitment to scholarly excellence, I coached faculty members towards a more research-focused emphasis, leading to a significant increase in research productivity over an eight-year period. I secured securing over $200,000 in funding to endow the Hugh G. Daubek Memorial Scholarship, which continues to provide multiple $3,000 scholarships annually, supporting deserving students in their academic pursuits.Furthermore, I initiated the establishment of the Purdue University Calumet chapter of Alpha Mu Alpha, the prestigious marketing honor society, providing students with valuable opportunities for recognition and networking within their field.
