Lauren is currently the Chief Information Officer of Fountain House. She is responsible for leading, directing, planning, and managing the organization’s information technology strategy. As a member of the senior leadership team, Lauren participates in aligning Fountain House's technology ecosystem with the strategic plan. She is building IT into an organizational strength that serves as an asset in advancing several of the organization’s key strategic priorities.Previously Lauren led the Enterprise Systems & Informatics team at Public Health Solutions, the largest public health nonprofit serving New York City. She managed and coached a team of managers and individual contributors who carried out technology project management, application development & integration, business requirements elicitation, data management & governance, and analytics. She partnered with the CIO and the Tech Support team to prepare staff for working remotely (many for the first time) during the COVID pandemic. Her previous work at Mount Sinai Health System's IT Department was to launch and optimize an analytics platform and partner management system as part of a start-up like environment dubbed the "Mount Sinai Performing Provider System." Our IT team won the CIO's innovation award in 2017. This work was part of the five-year $6+ billion dollar delivery system incentive payment (DSRIP) program funded by federal CMS dollars to New York State. The Mount Sinai PPS was awarded over $300 million to support efforts across three boroughs (counties) of New York City.
