I am a higher education professional with almost twenty years of experience in student service, academic advising, university policy, governance and/or curriculum. Supporting student success and DEI are but two values that inform my work in a university setting.I enjoy asking questions, challenging the status quo and getting involved in processes that bring me closer to understanding the bigger picture. I recognize that doing great work in a PSI is not possible without fostering cross-functional relationships and looking for ways to collaborate.Learning and growth are lifelong passions of mine. My curiosity keeps me seeking out meaningful resources and considering innovative ways to improve situations and practices. I enjoy encouraging others to be their best selves, as well.
