I oversaw team logistics, including planning staff meetings, purchasing supplies, and scheduling services. Additionally, I actively contributed to fostering team engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing morale across the organization.

I took charge of orchestrating team training, where I skillfully coordinated travel arrangements and ensured smooth logistics. Actively engaging in staff meetings, I meticulously documented essential outcomes and actionable items. My involvement extended to assisting in onboarding employees, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of an effective training program. I also assumed responsibility for creating and overseeing various documents, including forms, purchase orders, subcontracts, meeting minutes, and miscellaneous forms. Additionally, I managed the daily payroll for a team of over 80 employees, showcasing a high level of attention to detail by identifying time card discrepancies and successfully minimizing overpayments.
