As Senior Manager of Performance Analytics, I was responsible for managing, designing, creating and maintaining reporting applications, systems and services. This role included designing, implementing and maintaining the Exporting, Transforming and Loading (ETL) functions of reporting systems.

As a State Reporting Data Analyst, I researched, corrected and QA'd workers compensation claim data prior to submission to the states. Using SQL server, data was extracted from our databases and reviewed to ensure it meet the division's requirements. I generated the files and then FTP'd these to the state. Further responsibilities included working with internal departments and external clients to ensure proper and complete implementation of state reporting services. I conducted frequent meetings with clients and account management to review errors and expedite timely corrections. I was commonly called on for ad hoc reports and research. I was also tasked with training and mentoring new team members.

At Safe-Guard, I supervised and trained a small claims audit team. I planned, directed and led external audits of car dealerships. Afterwards, I provided post-audit feedback to help reduce the claims from the dealers and tracked those results. I created moderate SQL queries to extract data from our systems. The data was analyzed and reviewed to help identify any trends. I used Excel and pivot tables to assist with reporting this data to interested parties.

My responsibilities included creating moderate to complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data. I used various reporting services to create a variety of reports for multiple end users. Using SQL, I helped create, load, and check rates and reserves. I performed data verification within various systems. I created rate templates using SQL, Actuate, and SSRS. I assisted with ever day activities within the department, including data input and fielding client calls. I provided outstanding customer service inside and outside the organization.
