Responsible to manage technological platforms focused on corporate education, providing services for the training area in both face-to-face and online sessions. Review and follow-up of the correct fulfillment of the defined training plans. Achieving stabilization of business processes and indicators, giving clearance about opportunity areas for the continuous improvement of services, taking charge also of coordinators of the distributed units and commercial regions.

Responsible of creation, adaptation and updating of security policies, assurance of access to information repositories, focusing on working within regulatory frameworks such as CobIT, ITIL, ISO27001. Relevant tasks: to manage and implement monitoring platforms, audit and record collection, establishing security protocols, processes and procedures as well as the implementation of operational checklists

In charge of design and implementation of the help desk at organization level, achieving the application of best practices and methodologies both for the attention to users and for the correct recording of information as well as the corresponding analysis that lead us to generate continuous improvement through the management of events, incidents and problems. Creation of templates and checklists to facilitate the administration and request of services provided.

Technical support focused on networking, PC's, printers and VoiP (Voice over Internet Protocol), antivirus, patches, critical updates and software distribution and management. Full advisor to users as well as to teachers and administrative staff (approximately 800 users).
