I currently manage a department of 30 superstars. Our team work with customers who are new to the business, training, hand-holding and getting them ready to embark on their new business journey with our Epos system. My team managed accounts, personalising each 30-day journey to suit their customers needs. Being their confidante, business adviser, staff trainer and everything in between. I then moved within the business, to build out Operations, Partner Journey and End User Experience for our Strategic Partnership Channel.

After becoming a Mother to my two gorgeous little ones, and deciding I probably shouldn't travel the world as a dancer as they might get hungry/miss me. I was still keen to use my performing arts skills. So I got into sales. Quickly realising that 1. Childcare is expensive and 2. I should probably make the most of my time if I was going to be 'abandoning' them for 9 hours a day... I decided I wanted a career. I had some fantastic mentors in this role, who taught me ALOT and helped me to progress to running the online team!
