- In this director-level role, built a multi-year feature film production plan aligned with studio budget targets (~USD200m). - Hired a team of 15 visionary creative supervisors and worked together to propose strategic staffing curves and animation milestones for the project. - Identified new technical investments to pursue with the Pixar executive team.

- Managed the overall film production for Turning Red, transitioning production to Pixar's first ever remote working environment. Delivered the film to Disney ahead of schedule and under budget. - Recruited and led an amazing team of 30 department managers and coordinators, ensuring the 250 person crew consistently hit production goals while keeping morale high. - It was an incredible experience to be part of Pixar's first all-female leadership team on this film.

Managed the Soul Art, Story, and Editorial teams as we built our first internal screenings for the Pixar brainstrust. Based on the strength of these early screenings, Soul was green lit early to move into production. The strong relationships we built during these early months resulted in productivity gains and a fun working environment that we relied heavily on as the production was propelled into an accelerated schedule.

Producing a 2D/3D hybrid animated short film with Director Ana Ramírez González. We are exploring new looks and animation styles with a small globally distributed crewOverseeing grant applications and fundraising as well as production plan and delivery targets. Grew management experience as the Coco Lighting Manager by leading the biggest Lighting team Pixar had ever had on the most ambitious film the studio had made yet. It was a privilege to partner with Director of Photography Danielle Feinberg and work with a crew of 70+ of the best Lighting technical directors in the world and 3 top notch production coordinators to make something we were all really proud of.
