As the Executive Director I am the initial contact person for all prospective clients looking to engage our firm. It is my responsibility to gain the initial information from the prospect to ensure their contact with our attorney is a successful transaction. It is our goal to have all our clients' estate plans to work exactly as designed and we accomplish this through very accurate asset coordination of their assets to their plan.We aspire to have all our clients refer our unique firm to their friends and families.ACE Client Care is a unique client services platform our office offers to all its clients. All our ACE clients are entitled to easy access to our firm as well as ongoing enhancements to ensure that their planning is kept up to date and works with their current life situation. We do this through constant touching of our ACE clients through newsletters, educational workshops, special training events, regular updating of their documents and Annual ACE Client Meetings.As the Estate Planning Paralegal, I am responsible for drafting the estate planning documents designed by Attorney Peter Gilbert. Our clients are interested in transferring their wealth (both physical and spiritual) on to the next generation. We also specialize in assisting people to preserve their life savings when facing a long term care crisis. We work closely with other professionals to be sure that our clients have the benefit of a team of trusted professionals.As the Team Leader of the firm I am the person who represents the team in all executive meetings as well as being responsible for creating the team employee handbook.
